The position

The Business Analyst will support the Associate Director, Programme Design and Operations in implementing and maintaining a centralised operational model across MBA and Finance Programme offices.

Key Responsibilities will include
• Monitor similar programmes at other institutions and make recommendations on how this may affect the MBA/MiF strategy
• Consolidate and analyse data on MBA and Finance programme participants/enquirers and identify trends and opportunities to improve return on marketing efforts
• Analyse data obtained on MBA and Finance programme surveys/questionnaires and identifying opportunities to improve service quality on the programmes
• Identify new trends in business education and articulate how they may be relevant
• Coordinate, consolidate and/or review relevant data across both MBA and MiF

The Programmes Design and Operations team mission is to act as a “change agent” for the department to develop, implement and maintain a centralised (and regulatory compliant) operating model across the MBA and MiF, and to ensure the competitiveness of the MBA and MiF programmes.

The Individual

The ideal candidate will be a graduate with previous experience in a business analyst/market analyst role, either in higher education or in the financial industry. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential as are good written and oral communication skills. You will have advanced knowledge of MS office, experience with databases and the ability to work under pressure and to manage priorities.
