Financial Controller (Permanent) Location: Central London | Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Bens

The London HQ of this NASDAQ quoted organisation requires an experienced Financial Controller to join the senior management team.

Reporting to the UK Finance Director, you will be managing a team of 5 and will ensure accurate and timely reporting of all financial results. Responsible for preparation of annual budgets, track variances, provide financial analysis as required, establish operational objectives and assignments, implement key strategies, implement policies to ensure financial statements are prepared in accordance with GAAP, ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley audit requirements. You'll also maintain and develop relationships with bankers, auditors and insurance advisors. Experience of PeopleSoft useful. Ad hoc travel to the USA (short visits) for meetings and conferences.
Qualifications: Qualified ACA, CIMA, ACCA, MBA
