IT Support Engineer - Outsourced IT Services background - Driving Licence required

Salary: £19-25,000 plus potential bonus of up to 10% of basic salary

Our clients are a growing IT Support company based in NW London with a 9-year track record and a solid customer base.

They are seeking an accomplished IT Support Engineer from an Outsourced IT Support Services background who will be responsible for both dealing with the wide variety of support calls which come in via telephone and email, and also attending client sites to carry out on-site work. Candidates should be accustomed to providing telephone and remote support and should have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Clients are organisations of all sizes and complexities, operating both basic and more unusual IT set-ups / environments.
